FRANKLIN, Ind. (March 5) – Franklin College juniors Heather Harper (Mooresville, Ind./H.S.) and Traci Lippold (Greenwood, Ind./Center Grove H.S.) today were named to the All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference First Team for the 2008-09 women's basketball season.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 27) - Franklin College today rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to take a brief lead in the second period, but host Transylvania regrouped and pulled out a 72-65 decision in the opening semifinal contest of the 2009 Heartland Conference women's basketball tournament.
