Dr. Kim Eiler was appointed as the seventh head coach of the Franklin College women's basketball team in August, 2004.
Eiler, who previously coached at Goshen College (Ind.), succeeded Mike Jewett, who guided the FC program for three seasons. Eiler also is an instructor of physical education at the college.
In her first season (2004-05), Eiler coached the Grizzlies to a 23-6 overall record and Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference regular season and tournament championships. She was voted the conference's Coach of the Year. The following year, Eiler guided Franklin to a 24-5 overall mark, its third consecutive HCAC title and another berth in the NCAA Division III tournament. She had coached one HCAC Most Valuable Player honoree, Lindsey Roberson, who was twice recognized as such. Heading into the 2008-09 season, Eiler owns a 71-36 record at Franklin.
Prior to arrival at Franklin, she spent two years teaching and finishing her doctoral work at Auburn University. Before taking a leaving of absence for that purpose, Eiler was head coach at Goshen College (Ind.) for six years. In her tenure at Goshen, Eiler took over a struggling program, which had just completed a 5-23 season. In a short time, she guided that program to its most successful era, averaging 17 victories in her last four seasons there. Eiler also coached a NAIA All-America honoree and conference player of the year.
Before coaching at Goshen, she was an assistant coach at University of Indianapolis for three years, during which the program earned national rankings and a berth in the NCAA Division II national tournament. She also served as an assistant coach for three years at Manchester College, where she earned a master's degree.
Eiler completed her Ed.D. program in health human performance pedagogy at Auburn in December, 2006. She earned her bachelor's degree in physical education at Biola University in La Miranda, Calif. in 1990. In 2006, Eiler received the IAHPERD Pathfinder Award (state physical education association) and was recognized with the Macupe Award for the IAHPERD Midwest District.
She and her husband, Jack, reside in Franklin.
Andrea Riebock ...Assistant Coach

Andrea Riebock was appointed assistant women’s basketball coach at Franklin College in June, 2008.
Riebock, a native of Decatur, Ill., graduated from Saint Teresa High School where she was a part of the 2004 undefeated girl’s state champion basketball team. She recently graduated from Millikin University in her hometown in the spring of 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
As a player, Riebock was a part of the Millikin team which won the NCAA Division III national championship tournament in 2005. She also was a four-year letter winner, and, as a captain her junior and senior year, received all-conference and academic all-conference honors in the College Conference of Illinois/Wisconsin.
Along with her basketball coaching responsibilities, Riebock also serves at FC as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for Franklin athletics and as sports information assistant.
Rachelle Durcholz…Assistant Coach

Rachelle Durcholz joined the Franklin College women’s basketball coaching staff prior to the 2008-09 season.
Durcholz played guard two seasons for the Grizzlies program after two successful years at Olney Central College. She was a part of the 2005-06 Heartland Conference champion Grizzlies team that posted a 24-5 record and appeared in the NCAA Division III tournament for the third consecutive year.
A native of Huntingburg, Ind., Durcholz graduated from Southridge High School where she was a part of back-to-back sectional championships in 2001-02 and 2002-03. She graduated from Franklin College in May, 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Along with her basketball coaching responsibilities, Durcholz will also serve as a recruiting coordinator. She resides in Indianapolis.
