FC pulls out victory over Transylvania in completion of suspended match
FRANKLIN, Ind. (Oct. 10) - Franklin College rallied to pull out three singles contests and topped Heartland Conference women's tennis rival Transylvania 5-4 in a match that was suspended by darkness in Lexington, Ky. on Sept. 13. The Grizzlies-Pioneers match was finished today at Custer Baker Intermediate School.
Grizzlies top Rose-Hulman, fall to Hanover
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (Oct. 4) - In a pair of hard-fought matches, Franklin College claimed a 6-3 victory over Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, but then fell to Hanover College 7-2, dropping its first Heartland Conference decision of the season today.
