For more than a quarter of a century, the College Career Center Consortium (CCCC) has assisted employers throughout Indiana and beyond in recruiting the high quality interns and new graduates they need for their organizations.

CCCC has achieved this goal in several ways.  Most notably, CCCC sponsors three well-regarded annual job fairs—Accounting Interview Day, College Talent Recruitment Day and Teacher Candidate Interview Day—that bring hundreds of exceptional candidates together with representatives of local, regional and national organizations in Indianapolis.

These intercollegiate networking events provide an ideal way to prospect for college-educated talent in numerous disciplines and fields.  The students and candidates attending our institutions are from across Indiana, as well as from states and regions throughout the country.  There are also a significant number of bright and ambitious students enrolled in our programs who hail from different parts of the world and whose skills, energies and global perspectives may also be of interest to you.
