The scenery was beautiful and mountainous along the shores of Choroni.  This picture was taken from a boat that was taking our group to a deserted island.

 

Here is the coral reef on the island of Los Roques.   We saw lots of colorful fish and the water was a clear light blue that made it possible to see to the bottom.

 

Here is Nick Phillips standing beneath the tallest palm tree I have ever seen located in the Botanical Gardens.

This is a picture of the University of Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela.

 

From a restaurant we ate at in the German town, we overlook a mountainside of houses in the village.

 

My favorite part was the trip that we took to a baseball game.  The game was unlike an American game because the fans were into every single pitch instead of being laid back.  After the game many of the children rushed the field so they could touch the players.
