We are four Franklin College students. Franklin College is a small liberal arts college located in Franklin, Indiana, just south of Indianapolis. This page documents our one-week trip to Belize, Central America, January 2004. The trip took place as part of a month long course in tropical biology. Pictured from left to right: Tyler Adams, a junior recreation and environmental science major, who nearly broke his ankle when river tubing; Ryan Withem, a senior journalism, advertising and public relations major, who got homesick on day two; Kyle Gormon, a senior journalism, advertising and public relations major, who turned four lovely shades of red; and Dustin Faulstick, an English and religious studies major, who was "marked territorially" by a tapir at the Belize Zoo.
