SCHOLARSHIP BACKGROUND

Established through a gift annuity agreement by Mrs. Eva S. Peeples to memorialize Marion Allen Peeples, an instructor in Manual Arts at Emerich Manual Training High School.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

This scholarship is awarded to worthy and deserving students who wish to attend Franklin College.
