Order of Omega
The Order of Omega is a national honor society for juniors and seniors in the Greek system. Members are selected on the basis of leadership skills, volunteer hours, and academic achievement. Each year the members of Order of Omega work on numerous projects that benefit both the Greek and Franklin communities.
This organization is the International Panhellenic Leadership Recognition Society. The Greek letters "Rho" and "Lambda" stand for "Panhellenic" and "Leadership," respectively. The purpose of Rho Lambda is to honor women in the Greek system who have exhibited the highest qualities of leadership and service to Panhellenic and their sorority. They are the women who have furthered the ideals and principles of the Panhellenic system through their years of sorority affiliation.
