I have submitted my documentation. What's the next step?

You now need to meet with the Director of Academic Resources to discuss your needs and make arrangements for accommodations that support academic success. You will also sign a release of information form giving the Director of Academic Resources permission to provide accommodation memos to your professors each semester. You must complete this final step in order to be eligible for accommodations at FC.
