How do my professors know what accommodations to provide?

Accommodation memos are prepared in the Academic Resource Center. They are available to be picked up by you on the first day of classes in any term or semester. You will pick up the memos and hand-deliver them to your professors. This gives you the opportunity to explain your accommodations to your professors and determine how they will be implemented in each class. Both you and the professor will then sign and date a copy of the accommodation memo and return it to the Academic Resource Center. This step ensures that the memo has been delivered and both parties understand the required accommodations.
