A. Franklin College's IT Services will perform the maintenance on the laptop vs. you calling the manufacturer. We will restore the laptop back to the original configuration for you if needed—no need to try and do it with outside tech support. Also, the laptop will be preconfigured to access the Franklin College Network.
 

Q. What does IT Services do for other brands?

A. Our support of different brands is limited: we only verify the network port’s functionality and remove viruses. We charge $5.00 to remove spyware. If we are unable to help, we will recommend that you visit the Geek Squad at Best Buy for a discounted price.
